Walk – Shot List

1. Location – Roadside – Day

WS: Robbie and Laurel walk onto road.
Tracking-two shot: View of Robbie and Laurel’s backs as they walk forwards.
Medium Two-Shot: View of Robbie and Laurel’s front, walking towards the camera. Robbie is a little behind Laurel.
CU: Robbie.
POV: Robbie glancing at Laurel.
CU: Robbie asking Laurel question.
CU: Laurel.
WS: View of Robbie and Laurel from first shot.
CU: Robbie and Laurel’s legs. Robbie steps to the left, closer to Laurel.
CU: Robbie opens his mouth to speak.
MS: Robbie asks Laurel a question, she replies.
MS: Robbie mouths something to himself.
CU: Robbie’s hand goes into his pocket as he slows down. Camera follows what he takes out.
MS: Laurel stops walking.
ECU: Laurel’s ear. She takes out earphone.
CU: Envelope. Laurel asks question.
MS: Robbie places the envelope behind his back as he answers.
CU: View from the pavement behind Robbie as he walks past, he drops the envelope in a puddle.
MS: Robbie looks back at it as Laurel puts her earphone back in.
MS: Laurel catches Robbie looking back and looks back at it herself.
MS: Laurel and Robbie looks at each other.
CU: Laurel looking down at her, fixes her scarf.
MS: View of Robbie and Laurel from behind. Robbie catches up with Laurel.
POV: Robbie looks up and looks at the end of the road.
CU: Robbie’s mouth. He mumbles something to himself. He then says something to Laurel.
CU: Laurel. She replies.
MS: Robbie runs back to pick up the envelope.
CU: View from puddle. Robbie picks up the envelope.
MS: Robbie runs back to Laurel and hands her the envelope.
WS: View from end of the road. Robbie and Laurel look at each other.
MS: Robbie. Robbie starts singing. Midway, he stops. He Tells Laurel he’s wasting his time.
POV: From Robbie. Laurel tells him to continue singing.
MS: Robbie singing to Laurel.
CU: Robbie. His temporary smile fades. He tells Laurel she doesn’t understand the deeper meaning of the lyrics.
CU: Laurel. She tells him she doesn’t want to be involved in a relationship.
CU: Robbie replies humorously.
CU: Laurel answers.
WS: View from end of road. Robbie says bye to Laurel. They both walk towards the camera. Laurel quickly goes past the camera, on the camera’s right. Robbie slowly trudges across the road in the opposite direction.
